Endegana Bekele founded Fitret Counseling on a simple belief — that mental health care should be accessible to every Ethiopian, in the language they understand, with a team that sees them fully.
Endegana holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Addis Ababa University and has spent many years in the mental health field in Ethiopia. Under her leadership, Fitret Counseling has grown into a trusted practice supporting over 500 clients in Addis Ababa and across the Ethiopian diaspora.
Her team works with adults navigating anxiety and depression, couples healing communication breakdowns, young people facing academic and identity pressures, and professionals experiencing burnout — all grounded in evidence-based methods and cultural understanding.
Three simple steps — most clients book their first session within 24 hours.
